When someone is adding in a carrier by MC # it will pull more complete info than ever before!


The next phase which will be release separately afterwards will be when a load is covered, we check CSA scores and update the dispatch page with them.

Aljex is now integrated with Post.Bid.Ship.


Post.Bid.Ship., the first web-based freight marketplace entirely devoted to serving the commercial freight industry, is now integrated with Aljex Software.

Here’s how Post.Bid.Ship. works with your Aljex system: after a quick set-up process that we handle for you, anytime your Aljex users select the Aljex “Post to Load Board” feature, that shipment will automatically post to Post.Bid.Ship.’s freight marketplace.  We then match your shipment with carriers whose capabilities meet your shipment’s requirements, and enable interested carriers to submit real-time competitive bids to haul your shipment.  We notify you via email about bids received and if you choose to accept one of our bids, offer a simple award process that gives you full access to the carrier’s information.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE IN VISION!

Entering payments will be even easier and more rewarding! 
You will still be able to enter payments by pro #, get a list of all aging invoices by customer or apply payment for multiple pros from one check.






Additional functions include printing payments by pro, AR reports (see screen shot below), posting, credits and debits!





 

Permission will be on a user by user basis for the AR functionality in Vision. Starting next week Vision AR will be live tested by an Aljex customer. Stay tuned for updates!

This option will be accessible to every active user once they login.
