ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE IN VISION!

Entering payments will be even easier and more rewarding! 
You will still be able to enter payments by pro #, get a list of all aging invoices by customer or apply payment for multiple pros from one check.

Additional functions include printing payments by pro, AR reports (see screen shot below), posting, credits and debits!

 

Permission will be on a user by user basis for the AR functionality in Vision. Starting next week Vision AR will be live tested by an Aljex customer. Stay tuned for updates!



CHAT

Send chat messages to co-workers rather than picking up the phone or shouting across the office! You can set your status and view a log of your chats

This option will be accessible to every active user once they login.
