1. All scans go into the public file. When you receive an email alert from Pegasus that documents have been scanned from the truck stop, you can go to the Pro # and view the scanned documents in the Public File. At that time IF there is a document that needs to be removed, you can delete it. If all documents were sent to the private file then ALL documents would have to be saved to your desktop & then uploaded to th e public file... less keystrokes & more time efficient to go into the public file

2. When an image is scanned at a truck stop, it will send an mail to you letting
you know an image was scanned. The email address it will send to is in the setup file for "EDI invoices return"
