Invoice Notes Changes

In Vision Dispatch on the Menu Page we are moving the 2 Invoice Notes fields.
Invoice Notes will be a link located under "Miscellaneous" which was previously labeled "Texts". The new link will allow for triple the amount of Invoice Notes.
