More Trailer Tracking functionality

We have added "All Locations" to Vision's Trailer Tracking function.

It is on both the Home and Menu pages - on the blue top menu under "Equipment".
Then take "Trailers".

The dropdown on the right now has three choices - added was choice three - "All Locations".
