100,000 broker bond? We can help

I just wanted to alert all of you that I am concerned about a provision that was added to Senate Bill 1813 (“Senate Highway Bill”)that will raise the property broker bond from $10,000 to $100,000. If this bill becomes law, a lot of smaller brokers will either have to change the way they do business, or be put out of business.

 If you are one of the brokers who would be negatively effected, I suggest you contact your congressman or senator.
