Smart Search Fax Logging

Effective 6/26/12, the Smart Search now uses our fax logging feature.  This means if a Smart Search is faxed to a carrier and the fax fails, the user who performed the Smart Search will receive a fax failed email notification.  The carrier's name will be listed in the email, making it easier to double check the fax number in the carrier's profile.


In Classic, the Smart Search fax number is listed on screen 8 (Burst Contact Setup) of the vendor file, while in Vision this is listed under Burst Options.
