PepsiCo - the largest private fleet in the United States, is now making their available equipment for backhauls exclusively available to Aljex clients. You will see PepsiCo Equipment in Smart-search when you have a matching load, or in the Aljex loadboard.
That's not all the good news. If you start doing business with PepsiCo, you can utilize Aljex-Aljex EDI to send loads to their system and automatically receive delivery information back.
In addition - very soon through Pepsi Logistics, you will be able to piggy-back off of PepsiCo's contract rates with major national truckload carriers. PepsiCo great purchasing power and has 85,000 zip to zip rates that you will be able to take advantage of.
ALSO - Tropicana (the orange juice company)(Tropicana is a division of Pepsi) has their own trains and refrigerated trailers that they need to fill from NJ to Orlando, and from City of Industry CA to Dallas and Orlando. This is very clean refrigerated equipment and the trains go several times per week. You will see this equipment posted very soon, but in the meanwhile, if you have freight moving in those directions, we can make an introduction.
