Hi everyone. Lot of improvements to TIN this week. Here is the list:
These changes apply to both the brokerage and trucking systems unless
otherwise noted.
The Load History results now have a Menu button on the right of each load.
The Load History results now have the carrier phone # and have an active
link to the carrier's record.
Active load results now have the carrier phone # too (it always had an
active carrier link and Menu button.)
Taking the Menu for a load that has been released will allow you to only
(re-)print the Customer Confirmation. the Carrier Confirmation (broker only)
and the Load Sheet for both systems. It also has active Add Another Load,
Back to Map and Back buttons.
On a Menu, requesting a non-existing Pro # (on the left), will display a
Menu with all non-active buttons except for active Add Another Load, Back to
Map and Back buttons.
The Menu's second line will say "Released Load" (in red letters), Load not
Found" (in blue letters) or nothing for an active load, as is required.
The bottom of the map page now has a "Graph" button that is only active for
users that are allowed to update the Setup information AND allowed to post
to Quickbooks.
After you cover a load with a carrier (Brokerage system) via "Cover Load" or
"Smart Search" functions, you will be taken to that load's Menu to print
forms of perform other functions.
Delivered Date and Time, OSD (over, short or damaged) and Signed By
fields have been added to the bottom if the Dispatch Page for Brokerage.
The Release Load page now has the OSD field too. (It always had the
Delivery Date, Time and Signed By fields.)
