Short-cut for Data Entry

During tag entry the browse of customer, pick-up name and consignee name
will accept name:city

The name and city can be partial and as many or as few letters as you want.
This is for situations where you have many of the same named clients. This
allows you to access records that would normally scroll off the screen.
example: Add a tag and for the pick-up name type "a:n" (A colon N) and you will see all customers whose names start with an "A" and whose city starts with a "N"
