I Need some ideas from our customers. We have the on-line FAQ, videos, support and free training. What else can we do????
I was checking something out for a customer and saw that they setup hundreds of records with the same commission to the sales rep, where they could have just entered one default record for each rep, and made extra records for the oddballs. (not many)
I have no idea how they got that idea to do it that way. By definition, I think it’s a training issue, but we can’t force people to get trained.
I also ran into an issue last week where a client was talking to us about getting custom programming done so they could more easily put together unpaid invoices and their pod's and e-mail it their client. I showed them how to send an Electronic balance due statement, and they were in shock that there was something that easy, and they were currently doing that in a way that was taking much-much longer.
I see examples of this type of thing regularly. I hate to think that people are going to do that much data entry or work when they don’t have to.
Any ideas?
