During Cover Process Check for MC#

The Check for a carrier's MC# during the Cover Process is a current Carrier check in Classic Aljex that will soon be migrated to Vision. This setting on screen 8 of the Company Setup File when set to Y and "Expired Insurance" is set to 3 (Don't Allow + Email Warning) will stop a user from covering a load with a carrier that does not have a MC# in their Carrier File.
