Inbound Faxing

We have a new option for our doc imaging clients for inbound faxing. The end result is that as carriers fax POD's or rate confirmations back to you, they come into a web page portal where you can confirm that its the right document(s) for that pro, and they automatically get uploaded to the public or private documents area of your invoice file. Sounds pretty cool, huh? Some more detail: You get a dedicated fax number for your inbound faxes, we add barcodes to your rate confirmation, and thats it. Cost: $300 a quarter (1200 a year) or $1000 per year if paid for in one lump sum before 12/31 Plus 10 cents per fax.
